We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the website.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on this website. By completing a purchase you confirm that you meet this requirement.

All prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and are as accurate as reasonably possible. Slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen display differences and the natural characteristics of single-origin coffee.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to withdraw or discontinue products at any time. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a refund or suitable substitute.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted and a binding contract formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

Payment is due in full at the time of placing your order. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

If a payment cannot be processed successfully, your order will not be fulfilled. You will be notified and given the opportunity to provide alternative payment details.

We currently ship within Australia only. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $12.00 AUD. Free shipping applies to orders over $80.00 AUD. These rates apply to standard delivery only.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a refund or replacement at no cost to you.

To initiate a return or refund, email us at hello@everestbeans.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Our returns policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everestbeans will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
