Sourced from a single estate on the southern slopes of the Annapurna range, this micro-lot undergoes an extended 72-hour fermentation before being washed and slow-dried in shade. The cup is extraordinarily complex — a wine-like body layered with dark cherry, baker's cocoa, and a whisper of cardamom on the finish. Limited to 200 bags per harvest season.
